The price was literally one fourth of what I would have had to pay to stay at the conference hotel 12 miles north. Our family suite was huge and opened directly to the pool. The noise wasn't a problem even though the hotel was fully booked. I was so happy to see tons of table, desk, and counter space for me to spread out all my books and binders, and plenty of outlets plus free Wifi for my laptops. My son enjoyed all the extra floor space where he stored his bikes. The TV had tons of channels, there was great lighting, and they have free breakfast.
